I'm an incoming IB SA at WF and haven't seen any recent posts about groups in Charlotte and was wondering which ones are the best. Contrary to other people I'm actually interested in Charlotte due to personal preferences and reasons rather than SF or NY. Thank you.

If you found one from the past 2-3 years they are pretty much the same. I'm pretty sure almost every group has people in Charlotte except for ECM. I’m also pretty sure the Charlotte groups are on the same level as the NYC and SF counterparts. What changes is the city you want to be in and exit ops (because of the city).
All the IB SA aren’t at all at Charlotte? I have a superday for CB and all the analysts are being sent to Charlotte
Not sure ab CB but for IB while a think the majority are in Charlotte a good amount are in NY and SF, also Houston and LA but I think they might run their own recruitment.
