Same base as the rest of IB, better hours typically, bonuses are pretty on par so good banking stint for sure. Not sure how the exit ops look though compared to M&A or coverage. I would assume that if prepared, exit ops to private credit / LMM private equity are quite possible but don’t know first hand.
IG DCM to PE is very unlikely at WF
Regarding culture, nice group of people. They definitely have more of that southern culture. I don’t think any of the interns from this summer is returning for full-time. They have huge turnover because of how WF handles placement.
