We’ve been hazing in the workplace

At work, the other associates and I have been hazing this one analyst. The kid is straight up nuts and is bottom bucket. Now before you say we are bullies, this is our way of getting him to transfer out of our coverage group, as you all know, even if an analyst is bad at the job it's hard for a firm to fire them within a year of working. But today is when things went to the next level - he came in and challenged me to a grappling match. He said he would make me tap out, and he started referencing some famous submission from the UFC or something. He also wasn't professionally dressed like the office requires, he was in a full gi outfit. I told him to just relax but he called me a "weak and feeble boy" and charged at me. I gave him a quick 1 2 to the temple and he went down like a sack of potatoes. Shortly after, he woke up and was immediately fired. On his way out we continued negging him as he vowed to one day get his sweet revenge. I'm trying to leave the office right now as I type this, but he is standing outside the office doors, wtf do I do? He is wielding a katana and said he is gonna kill me. Luckily he can't get through as HR already removed access using his card, but when I leave I feel like he's gonna straight up stab me.

Akward kid goes on WSO to ask for help because he is being bullied by peers at work. Now gets bullied on WSO. Hope you feel good about yourself.

The guy's post was definitely strange, but he's reaching out trying to get professional help with his career. That's what this site is all about, but he gets this crap instead. While I get that people are kidding around, this really goes against the spirit of WSO.
