WF Corp Banking Comp/Info?
Wells doesn't seem to have much info in particular compared to the BBs. There's also a lot of conflicting info on the bonuses and, seemingly, the asso promotion timeline and base.
Does anyone at Wells have any info on comp/hours and the comp progression?
3 year timeline. 100-105-110 base. 125k associate base. Bonus 15%-25%. Holds across all locations.
The analyst to associate is 3 years? Isn’t it 2.5 at other banks
Yes, it got changed last year. It used to be 2.5 years or 3.5 depending on if you got the promote or not.
Are hours typically the 50-60 range? Or more in the 60-70
50-60 depending on group. TMT and E&P the sweatiest. C&R and HC the closest to 9-5.
