WF salary bump?

Alright so what’s the deal here? Looks like some people say year 1 analysts have been bumped to 100k? Trying to determine if it’s only IB, currently a 3rd yr analyst sitting on rates trading desk (macro).

I’ve heard nothing from cib leadership/internal emails.

Let me know.

It isn't official yet, but it has been decided. I am not sure if it pertains to s and t.

Did CIB MGMT communicate via email or have a call with your group about it? They included us on the wellness bonus so would be surprised if they left us out of the salary bump.
