The motto of our group during these times is to continue to build relationships with old and new clients and keep in touch with them. As a result, every analyst is basically preparing short decks to prepare for calls with every client we've ever had. I'm honestly now busier than I've ever been while at my firm. Working in a different time zone also does not help
My hours dropped to like 20—25. We are mostly pencils in investing and only focused on pm.
Basically been working 9-5. Ostensibly have as many responsibilities as usual, but you can tell everybody else is moving at a similar pace and there’s less pressure / urgency from seniors and clients alike
Got completely crushed this week. Ongoing projects showed no sign of slowing down, origination work is still as before (only done over phone or VC, rather than in person) and like mentioned by someone earlier, banks are now doing extra analyses to exploit this current market environment and find new opportunities
