What should I expect from lateral interviews? Is it just a combination of technical (questions/ modeling test/ understanding my work experience) and behavioral (fit stories) or is there something else I’m missing?
I’ve been prepping with BIWS / WSO interview guides / modeling programs, but am worried that won’t be enough.
