what are my odds?
want to start a new career in finance, either in S&T or IB (not opposed to ER either)
Me:
1) graduated HYP
2) intern at major BB in S&T during undergrad (got full time offer)
3) have been at startup since graduating (3-4 yrs)
Be blunt, what are my chances of breaking in + what should I do to increase those odds
