What companies exist in the lower middle market who strongly or solely focus on buy-side advisory services? Are there any companies that are 75-80% focused on buy-side?
Not sure what you are looking for but most MM firms do buy side advisory.
There are some sourcing firms that will cold call and find targets for sponsors they work with (Dinan and Harvey & Co.). They do not provide M&A advisory, just get paid fees for making intros and sourcing deals.
