What do now?

I’m joining a boutique IB in the summer after getting a FT offer from SA. I’m kind of at a loss for what happens after this. Anybody else weirded out after spending a couple years trying to secure an IB spot, only to get what you want and have no idea how to leverage that long term? I know people talk about exit opps ad infinitum, but I feel kind of lost and am not sure how to structure my career long term.
