What happens directly after a super-day?

I'm curious about how things go down directly after the conclusion of a super day. What is the process like? Do you go through a list of the candidates and one by one either say vouch for them or speak against them? Just interested in understanding the process, and how much weight each person in the room has on the decision making/if the decision is made directly after in a group discussion setting

Everyone groups up in a conference room and then usually the senior guy or the recruiting lead goes "well this is who I like" and then if there are 2-3 slots, the group will bat around the top 5-6 candidates. If a senior guy or the team lead goes to bat for you, it's hard for others to say no (but just because you have some personal connection does not mean a senior banker will really support you - I've heard them say things like "well what about X? Did he interview well? I like him and he's a family friend but if he didn't do well, then that's on him.")

Basically we didn't really spend much time on candidates unless someone brought you up, but every group/bank probably does it somewhat differently.
