What is a good free website to find all the details of the most recent IB/PE deals from the biggest banks?
For example, if I wanted to see the most recent Goldman Sachs/Morgan Stanley investment banking deals. I want to see ALL the paperwork (everything including all the financial statements and all the legal documents). What is a good free website to download these files so I can take a microscope and do a forensic analysis of these billion dollar deals being made?
I am not looking for a useless top-100 "list" website where it only lists ranked stuff like "Goldman Sachs' most recent deal for $X billion" but does not give any supporting documents.
So, what is a good free website to get all the of the detailed documents within the most recent billion dollar investment banking/private equity deals? Links please.
Best bet is focusing in one 1-2 public deals and then using SEC website to do a deep dive in the proxies.
