For those who did training last summer before starting full time, what is it like virtually? Is it purely 9-5 Zoom classes? Was wondering if I could go camera off for a few hours every now and then to do other things or if it’s very involved/cameras on the whole time.

They will ask for your cameras to be on. HR also keeps tracks of who does and doesn't have their camera on, and who attends and doesn't attend sessions throughout the day. Certain instructors will also call on people randomly since they know a lot of people are not paying attention.
