What is going on at MS Industrials???

I heard from a friend that after they underhired last year (only 5 analysts?) they lateraled 2x that amount starting in Jan and gave them all full check top bucket bonus (80k). The 5 that had been there all got 50k…not sure what happened there lol

Pretty absurd to give higher bonus to the laterals than the people who stayed. Is $80k top bucket for MS? $50 is mid or bottom?

How did M&A or Menlo get paid?

Ridiculous given they've had such a good year being on every single deal
