What is Street level for signing bonus?
What is everyone getting these days? I am trying to critically evaluate all aspects of my return offer. Also, are you all getting it paid now, first paycheck, or other?

10k for bb, 25k for eb, you usually get it around May/June
$10K is standard. Usually gets paid when you sign / a bit later
this - the sketchy banks might pay out when you start
Jefferies gives a total of 15k if you sign early (10 days after receiving an offer) but the usual 10k if you sign by the last day before the offer expires.
