First year here. Now that we’re past the 6 month mark, have to ask what the end of year review with manager/staffer/whoever else is like start to finish? How is it initiated? Is it scheduled far in advance? How long is it? Stressful? Do analysts in the same group tend to discuss how it went afterwards? Would love to hear anyone’s story!
