What is the most inclusive bank?

I think we all can agree diversity is of the utmost essence in IBD, and it is important to create inclusive and safe space / cultures within the banks at a junior and senior level. Which banks do the best job in terms of diversity, inclusiveness, and equity?

Genuine question idk why all the MS... I think all the BBs with good reputations are like this / have specific mentor programs like GS, MS, JPM.

Other than that it kind of trickles down less. Usually the ones with sophomore programs etc are good. Smaller the company , fewer people uou as a diversity individual can connect wth and a less 'group' kinda thing you can have.

Horrible idea to make a decision off of this though entirely; it doesntmake a big enough difference unless you want to be there for a long term career. And are you going to have the ability to choose between GA JPM MS, probably not. So think about the quality of experience first and culture generally, and people will likely be tolerable at a really really good bank anyway. If you’re qualified / diverse they do want to at least not make it so youreunwelcome.
