Probably a silly question, but what is a stub bonus? Don't all analysts start and get bonuses in June/July?
A lot of banks changed it so analysts get a half bonus 6 months after starting, and then a larger bonus 12 months after that -- with another smaller bonus 6 months after that (at exit).
