What is the top group for each Bulge Bracket in Hong Kong? Anyone can share your thoughts? Really interested in going to Hong Kong but unsure which bank is good at which group. Would love if any senior could share some thoughts.

Credit Suisse's TMT is very strong, and JPM's FIG is pretty solid.
Yea, CS TMT led Luckin IPO. I bet it is the best time joining them.
JPM FIG is also pretty solid with crazy deal flows that interns would rather return ECM than receiving a FT offer there
I'm sure u did not interned or FT at JPM HK per your comments above. The JPM ECM team had a culture in which they force their interns to return to their team after the rotation and if the intern preferred the other team they would unlikely to even get a return. This does not entail whether ECM is a better team with stronger exit/culture than the coverage team. In fact JPM FIG (now FST) did the Ant IPO so a pretty solid team.
What about Citi, UBS and BofA?
Citi HK runs under a generalist model and this lasts from the beginning of your summer internship to the end of your 2-year analyst program. So Idt group matters for Citi from a SA or FT perspective.
