What percent of first round people go to the superday?
I know the common rate for superday offer is 20-30% but what percent of people generally make it?

I have made it to a couple superdays in the past, and I knew conversion rates prior to both. Summer analyst one was ~60% with a large bank, and the FT was a regional MM taking 2 people of 11.
Edit: I misread the question, but I only know the regional mm as they 'bragged' to us being the 11 of 50 first round calls and 500 applications or something.
Yeah I was asking what percent of 1st round people make it to the superday? I've been to a few BB superdays myself but haven't converted yet. I think the SA offer at the superday is typically 20-30%.

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know the approximate ratio of people getting a phone interview to superday to offer for FT at banks like WB/WF/SunTrust/BBT? (for analyst recruiting)
they hire people that are good, not just to stay in line with a ratio... just be prepared and do the best you can
Varies between banks and even groups.
For OCR, the typical rate i've seen is that they cut between 50% - 75% after the first round and a further 75% on Superday
so, you think 1 in 4 who attend a a superday will generally get an offer?
Is it common for other offices (besides their HQ) to reach out to you prior to the superday?
