At an EB, would say around 25% of 2nd year analysts and associates have yet to close a deal. Curious to hear anecdotal data points from others out there - what percentage of 2nd year analysts/associates at your firm have closed a deal? Get that it's been a shitty market over the past 15 months...what does this percentage typically look like in a good market?
