What set of traits/personality is better for a long-term career in IB vs PE?

I know a few people on WSO tend to have this idea that buy-side is the objective "promised land" and that sell-side is inherently beneath it with lower prestige.

All this aside however, assuming you want to do what makes you happy and actually enjoy, what are some of the predominant attributes and personality traits that are specific to the rainmaker group head in IB vs. the PE partner with significant carry? Thanks.
