I got into stern early (current senior in hs) and wanted to know is there anything I could do before I graduate or in the summer to maximize my chances in IB?

The obvious answer here is: get an internship in something finance related.
It’s lowkey impossible cause they don’t take high schoolers
you asked what could be done to maximize odds, which implies being a step ahead of the competition. That's the answer. There are some freshman with high school internships (often through connections). I didn't say it was easy but sometimes making the impossible possible is how someone gets ahead.
Literally the only thing of true value that you can do to get ahead is an internships. Otherwise, enjoy your final summer not grinding. A financial modeling course could maybe help at your level.
