What to do with SO on a weekday night?

Let's say your group is not sweaty and culture is not shitty. You hang out with your SO on a weekday night, what could you do? We haven't lived together yet.

Thoughts: dinner, movie, stand-up comedy (this one is hit or miss), plays (long time commitment so would avoid in general), bar, taking a walk in a park.

No matter what you do make sure you listen to your SO, catch up with what's going on, have great conversations. As someone in a long term relationship I feel like listening and chatting matter way more than a meal or a fuck
