What to expect from third round interview for full time analyst position at boutique?

So I emailed a partner at a boutique (20-50 ppl) for a full time analyst position, HR reached out to book me a first round phone interview with the partner. It went well, mostly questions about my resume and deal experience, some questions regarding valuations I did for the deals I worked on. Hr reached out again to book me a second round phone interview with a principal, the second phone interview round was all technical questions, and some questions about my experience working with excel, etc. Now, HR emailed me for a third round phone interview with VP. I am not too sure what to expect. Can someone shed some light?
