What to make of unprofessional reviews?
Hi ,
I wanted to know what to make of my reviews. They are very unprofessional and straight up say that I lack integrity and need to be honest. They also say I seem distant from the group. I admit that I am a bit robotic/aloof, but I have never lied or done anything indicating a lack of integrity (unless I had to). What do I make of the reviews?

Not much you can do... try to work on being warmer and not aloof? Not like you get a rebuttal.
Also lack of integrity sounds like someone vengeful, your typical person doesn't really care enough to write mean reviews - did you wrong someone or make a mistake? What lack of integrity did you "have to" show?
Yes, I take credit for other people's work and spread rumors about others. But others do this as everyone in my group has sharp elbows. I'm not sure why I'm being targeted in reviews.
This guy claims he has never done anything which may suggest lack of integrity in the main post, and writes this in the comment.

Appreciate the advice. Should I look to lateral to another bank? I'm not really interested in careers outside of IB/PE and everyone at my bank seems to hate me. I don't know if it's me who is to blame for this or my group. I get bullied pretty severely at my bank as well.
