What usually happens if you need to work from home for medical reasons?
Suppose you're an associate and you end up in an accident and need surgery and can't go to work for months while you recover. Would banks allow you to work from home for extended periods of time? Or would you just get fired?
Note: I mean after COVID wfh is over.
This should be explained in the HR manual or guidelines. There are also state and federal laws outlining this.
