Pretty much title. After a good year in a top group at a BB, this year has been a grind. Insanely low revenue across the board. What can we expect bonus wise in a down year? Half the norm? Less? More? AS2, if it matters, curious at every level, though—would assume MDs get hit hardest in down years.
