What's the most consistently best paying IBD division?
currently have experience in securitisation, but have an opportunity to join M&A. Was wondering which division is best paying in IBD in Analyst/Associate level roles? Fixed Income, DCM, M&A, ECM?
would also be great to get an insight into the differences in pay gaps
