What’s this about Bank of America extending offers for two summers?
I saw a post a while back mentioning it but can’t find it now. Is Bank of America giving some people offers for both sophomore and junior year?

Bump
I had a friend (in a diversity program) who got an offer for two summers at BAML, meaning if he went there sophomore summer he was required to come back again junior summer. Kind of an asshole move, but it makes sense considering sophomore interns are really just a recruiting pipeline for the banks to bring in diverse people (no sophomore is adding any actual value), so makes sense for the bank to want to actually get some return on that investment for another summer.
Is it only diversity? Honestly I wouldn’t mind a binding offer like that at BAML. Still a very well respected firm.
Also, was it for NYC or Charlotte? I wouldn’t want that for Charlotte lol.
I think it is diversity only.

Ah okay. Last question, are all BAML sophomore analyst positions diversity?
