What’s your effective hourly wage?

Interested in seeing how much (or little) us monkeys are roughly getting paid on an hourly basis.

Please list type of bank (BB, EB), position, and (roughly) the hours that YOU worked along with your calculated wage! Interested in seeing how it scales with promotions.

Is this assuming an 80 hour work week, 50 weeks a year? Or have hours decreased now given the promotion to associate?

Almost no one works 80 hours a week on average, even as an analyst. Weeks get that bad (and worse) but that’s not the norm. It assumes about 70 hours for 50 weeks, though even that’s probably high and I could bump those numbers up some.
