When cold-emailing companies for sophomore internships, which level of person should I be emailing?

Title says it all. I'm trying to get a sophomore summer internship at boutique banks near me. Am I supposed to be cold emailing MDs? VPs? The info@company email? Someone else? Should I send emails to multiple people at a company? Thanks for the help. Also, does anyone happen to have any resources on how to structure/write a cold email?

Personally had the most success reaching out to the managing partners of firms because they will ultimately make the decision if the firm is super small (think 20). I would reach out through LinkedIn or email them. Usually would do some sort of template intro and attach my resume with times to speak. Had terrible hit rate but it only takes one and I had a solid sophomore summer PE gig to show for it.
