When do Analysts Get Paid Bonuses?
Not at a BB/EB bank, and was just curious about the analyst bonus cycle. Is it typically at the beginning of the year, or in the beginning of spring etc.?

Most analysts at BBs and EBs are on a summer bonus schedule, with payouts typically occurring in June, July, or August. This aligns with the two-year analyst program. However, some firms, like Centerview, Barclays, and UBS, pay out bonuses in January or February, following a calendar year cycle.
For non-BB/EB banks, the timing might differ, but the summer schedule is the norm for many. If you're unsure about your specific firm, it might be worth asking colleagues or checking with HR.

Most banks communicate analyst bonuses around July (which are paid out in the coming weeks - typically August). A few banks pay out bonuses at the beginning of the year (i.e. Baird communicates bonuses January and pays out in Feburary - unsure if there are any other banks on this cycle for Analysts)
