For those of you that work in groups with extremely long hours, how do you go about taking care of your physical and mental health for the 2+ years you stay in IBD?
How do you book appointments with doctors/specialists/mental health professionals to help you get through this difficult period when it's almost impossible to book time with these professionals outside of Mon-Fri 9AM-7PM?
Do you guys ever actually see doctors/professionals to help you?
