When do you take care of your physical and mental health when you're working 80-100HR Weeks?

For those of you that work in groups with extremely long hours, how do you go about taking care of your physical and mental health for the 2+ years you stay in IBD

How do you book appointments with doctors/specialists/mental health professionals to help you get through this difficult period when it's almost impossible to book time with these professionals outside of Mon-Fri 9AM-7PM?

Do you guys ever actually see doctors/professionals to help you?

Interested after seeing the constant "help should I leave IB / Depressed, IB ruined my life" posts on this forum over the last while.
