When to jump?
How would you evaluate when to jump from one job to another? I'm currently at an MM IB, like the team, but over the past last year have had poor deal experience.
I have an offer at a lower tier BB with an imminent start. The problem is, there's a couple deals in the pipeline at my current firm that look like they will come to fruition.
I want a couple deals to my name and it honestly feels like the endless nights of pitching is paying off lol...
