Where are the Native Americans in Financial Firms?
On the note of diversity programs, what percent of financial firms actually have Native Americans as part of their firm make-up? Have you ever met a person who identified as Native American in past diversity events?

Who cares? Don't be a racist by trying to measure the racial profiles of industries. This is the inverse of saying, "why are there so many white, black, hispanic, and arab people in banking?" Just don't do it.
