So, im at a slightly above average stem school majoring in Electrical Eng, 3.5 GPA w/ a non-ib internship this summer at a BB(UBS NYC). What do I have to do if I wanna turn that into an IB internship by my junior year summer? currently a sophomore THANKS!

Since you worked at UBS, I would show interest that you want to do a SA in IB. You will likely get an internal super day and have a slight advantage. Next, network with other banks and have someone push your resume through. You will get a decent amount of interviews, given your experience so make sure you are prepared.
