Hello all - I had a phone interview and was pushed to superday for a FT As1 role with a MM shop. I thought it went well and I was told an offer wouldn't be happening the same day or the next day for that manner at the beginning of the super-day (this was midweek last week). I sent a follow up at the end of last week to see if they had any update for me but I haven't gotten a response. Should I assume I got dinged or do you think I am waitlisted? typically you get a response if you got dinged post superday, so I am a bit unsure on this whole process but would love to hear from those who have experience recruiting what is the most likely outcome.

Rlly hard to tell tbh. You literally described my same exact position (had an interview mid last week, and interviewer told me offers would be released around this time - maybe tomorrow) yet no response since. Wish they could at least ding us to kill the suspense.
