Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
Anyone working in IB in a junior role or senior junior role, where do you see yourself in ten years? Exiting to PE or HF? Maybe your own business? Maybe out of the industry completely? This question is meant to help me and others understand why you joined and what you hoped to get out of IB. For anyone who has been in 10+ years and have either taken an exit or stayed in are you in a position you want to be? Are you at a point where you enjoy work and your money?
