So I’m an incoming analyst who wants to live alone in nyc. I’m going to be making a $110k base so I assume I can do this. However, idk what neighborhood to live in? I want a reasonable commute to east midtown. Also I just want a quality apartment where hopefully I won’t have to deal with pests. Where should I look?
