Where to Get/Buy Good Precedents for 3-Statement Model Templates

I work at a small bank that is niche/sector-specialized and generally doesn't deal with three statement modeling. We've recently begun working on deals that require a three-statement model, but we don't have great precedents to utilize and/or have to build them out from scratch.

I was catching up with one of my friends at another bank who has a solid template where he can just plug in historical financials and spit out a bunch of sensitivities in like 45 minutes. It's probably an exaggeration, but I'm guessing there are better templates that you guys use than the ones that are available through, for example, Macabacus or any of the course sites.

Do you all know of anywhere to get these - either really good free templates or sellers of high quality, more "automatic"/built-out 3-statement model builds?

Doesn't it just make sense to build your own template that you're comfortable working in given the sector-specific niche you operate in? Just improve the template over time as you need it.
