Which banks have SPAC groups
Subject pretty much says it all. I'm wondering which banks have separate groups wholly dedicated to SPACs and De-SPACs. Thanks

CS has a SPAC team within ECM but de-SPAC still done by banking groups

Citi, GS, and BofA have had the most SPAC advisory deals this year. Those are probably your best bet? Idk about dedicated spac teams
Yeah, BofA has a SPAC group within their product groups.
MKlein & Co as a whole is basically a spac group. Only recruit at H/W tho
It would be within ECM if anyone had a dedicated group, which I doubt anyone does. That's like asking if any banks have a group that does only divestitures.
I think btig may have a dedicated spac team as well
