I was using the wso search function and couldn’t find anything. Thanks in advance

Thought ASO1 was 150 now. Might be way wrong.
Just off the top of my head: JPM, MS, BoA, Citi, CS (pretty sure), WF, EVR (think $10k higher for each level)...There are a lot more, I'm just going off my firm and ppl I know at others who have mentioned it. Think that is basically street now with a few exceptions (RBC I don't think raised), not sure if DB raised either.
EVR is (185)/200/225/250, 185 being stub year so for the rest of associate years, EVR pays $25K more on every level.
Whoops yeah, this poster is right...ignore my $10k comment, that is just stub year (175k vs 185k).
RBC and DB didn’t raise associate pay?
RBC did. Not sure about DB. Pretty sure UBS and Barc did as well.
DB has not from what I’ve heard.
They all raised, most to 175k. EVR which is 185/200/225/250 and Baird which is 200 throughout associate years.
Lazard now also on EVR pay scale.
I have a feeling all EBs will match before long. At least I hope….
Good to hear
What's the street VP pay?
Yeah would like to hear this..would be good to get a sense of bonuses too, but understand there’s more variability at the VP level.
Would also like to hear this.
VP comp starts to vary more widely than ASO
Base: Ranges between $225 to $300 with most BB / EB probably around $250 to $275 after recent adjustments. Believe most hold base steady throughout VP with bonus being driver for yearly increase in comp.
All in comp can have a pretty wide range depending on firm and personal performance. You start to see a lot more variation based on firm performance as well though comp for a VP isn’t typically tied to their ability to generate revenue.
VP1 all in comp probably ranges from $450 to $600+ but these numbers are before recent salary adjustments so TBD on if total comp is up or if they are just shifting part of bonus into base.
Damn, that's pretty sweet. I'm a first-year associate and almost can't understand how people leave before VP level once they've hit associate. Maybe it's because I grew up relatively poor, but there is no way I give up that kind of money.
Pretty accurate. VP1 up to 600, a top VP3 should be getting close to 800 (will see if these bands increase in Feb... fingers crossed). The vibes people are generally getting are that total comp will be up vs. last year. Does not include Qatalyst which can very easily be $1m+ at VP3
Did all of the MM firms raise as well? Someone mentioned comp for Baird above, but was curious about firms like William Blair, Harris Williams, Houlihan, Lincoln, BMO etc.
Blair was confirmed at 175/200/225 for Associates and 275 for VPs.
