Which Financial Modeling book?

Hi guys,

I was wondering which Financial Modeling book is the best to learn and practice from it for basic to more advanced bankers?

I was thinking about this one: http://www.amazon.com/Investment-Banking-Valuation-Leveraged-Acquisitions/dp/0470442204/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1256944016&sr=1-8

Do you have any thoughts about it? Does it include exercises?

Thx

luiFantastic book... writen by two investment bankers and with real-world stuff, no theories.

There are 4 valuation models that comes with the book... in fact, the book is structured as a step-by-step guide to build the 4 basic models in banking (DCF, Comparable Companies, Precedent Transactions and LBO).

It's really worth it!

Does it contain practice exercises?

How does OP's book compare to formal BB training in terms of breadth and depth? I'm thinking of getting it if it's more comprehensive than what I'd learn in formal training...
