Which firms are still on Wall Street/Broad Street?

Which firms are still on wall street or broad street? Deutsche Bank was the last big one, but now they're moving out. I understand Oppenheimer is in the old Goldman building, but I don't know of anyone else still there. I hear that the old banks' buildings are being converted into luxury apartments. This is pretty sad; wall street is now just a large museum.
