With the sheer number of gyms within a 5-minute walking radius of anywhere in CW, I can't see why you would care about an on-site gym in general and much less if it wasn't free. That 5 minute walk won't make a big difference.

Goldman has a gym on site
Goldman, JP - think BBs much more likely than EBs because of size of office. Downside is still have to pay for gym. Stupid
Some EBs give a gym allowance for you to get your own gym pass or at least used to.
BofA, CS also have inhouse gyms and I think Citi and MS had gyms in their respective buildings.

Barc does in its main CW office - run by nuffield
Citi have a Nuffield gym on the ground floor exclusively for employees.
HL and PJT will soon have one in their building - membership costs a fortune but shouldn't be a problem with the mad salaries they pay over there.
UBS has a gym onsite - also run by Nuffield
In Houston, TPH and Intrepid have gyms in their buildings that are free.
Ah yes Houston, the famous borough of London
Houston is just a Hoxton remake - change my mind.
