Why can’t A2As look at the big picture and realize making decks and models isn’t all there is?
When can you expect them to start showing intuition, come up with ideas on how to present data and really start sourcing information for work products.
A2A associates should realize that being an associate isn’t just being a ‘really fast and great analyst”.
Most figure it out 6-12 months into the job. Would expect most if not all second year analysts to appreciate/understand this. Your group probably just sucks.
How would you even know btw? Your team double staffs associates?
