you're an at-will employee and can leave whenever you want. also you're 23 and making well into the six figures, there's a catch somewhere
that said after years in the industry I'm surprised there hasn't been at least a handful of harassment, discrimination, retaliation etc lawsuits. This line of work attracts some truly awful personalities

bc it's not anonymous, no real $ to be gained, and small industry/names get around - no IB/PE/financial firm would hire you if your name showed up like that in the media for suing your old firm, unfortunately

Interesting question. There has to be a violation of the law, and there has to be a plaintiff willing to pursue legal remedies. The legal basis could be OSHA's mental health (anxiety, depression, etc.) recording criteria, or whatever else the attorney deems as valid grounds.
