nah, by narrowing it down to 19 year olds you're making it immediately seem unfeasible.
As opposed to the idea at surface level which, of course, immediately seems feasible

Yes it doesn’t impact them. However, MDs are the enforcers of DEI as their performance metrics incorporate gender quotas. A&A and to certain extent VPs face the consequences of gender quotas as they have to work with or report to incompetent women.
