nah, by narrowing it down to 19 year olds you're making it immediately seem unfeasible. 

 

no one above associate level cares about DEI because it doesn't impact them

so good luck w a firm w the most naive and inexperienced ppl in the industry aka analysts

Yes it doesn’t impact them. However, MDs are the enforcers of DEI as their performance metrics incorporate gender quotas. A&A and to certain extent VPs face the consequences of gender quotas as they have to work with or report to incompetent women.
