Is it lower proportionally than other groups? There simply aren’t that many RX analysts.
Yeah, it's proportionally lower, e.g. 1:8 in last summer's PJT class.

Not restructuring specific...very little female percentage in banking overall. Hopefully the diversity recruiting will even out the differences
